Liability Waiver for Volunteer/Participants of Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of volunteering in any and all activities connected with or associated with Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc. I do hereby fully release and discharge Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc, their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or loss which may accrue to me on account of my volunteering with Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc. I further indemnify and hold harmless and defend Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc; their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries , including death, damages or loss sustained by me and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associates with my volunteering with Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc. By submitting the volunteer application the applicant agrees to waiver any and all liability claims against IAR and to authorize IAR to check vet and personal references, so that they may ensure the best possible treatment and care of the rescued animals!
